1. How to Request Deletion
Email projexasolutions@gmail.com with the subject “Account/Data Deletion Request”. Please send the request from your registered account email where possible.
2. What We Will Do
We will review the request, verify the requester where necessary, and delete or anonymize eligible personal information in accordance with our retention obligations and applicable law.
3. Information That May Need to Be Retained
Some information may need to be retained for a limited period for payment/accounting records, fraud prevention, security logs, dispute resolution, legal compliance or other legitimate operational purposes. Such information will not be retained longer than reasonably necessary for the applicable purpose.
4. Active Projects and Payments
If you have an active project, unpaid invoice, refund request, dispute or other ongoing service matter, deletion may be coordinated with completion of that matter so that necessary business and legal records are preserved.
5. Third-Party Accounts
Some information may be processed by third-party providers used to operate the service. Where appropriate, we will handle deletion requests with those providers according to the services and data they process.
