Intellectual Property Policy

This policy explains how ownership and usage rights are handled for project deliverables, user content and Projexa Solutions materials.

Last updated: 30 August 2026

1. Client-Submitted Materials

You remain responsible for the text, designs, documents, data, images, code and other materials you provide. You must have the necessary rights or permissions to use those materials and to ask us to process them.

2. Custom Project Deliverables

Ownership or license rights for custom deliverables depend on the applicable quote, proposal, invoice or written agreement. Where a project agreement expressly transfers ownership after full payment, that transfer is limited by third-party licenses and any pre-existing materials that cannot lawfully be transferred.

3. Pre-Existing and Reusable Materials

Projexa Solutions may use pre-existing code, frameworks, utilities, templates, components, know-how and development methods. Unless expressly transferred in writing, those reusable materials remain owned by or licensed to Projexa Solutions or their respective licensors.

4. Open-Source and Third-Party Components

Projects may include open-source software, APIs, fonts, icons, libraries or other third-party components. Such components remain subject to their own licenses and terms. Clients are responsible for complying with applicable license obligations when distributing or modifying a project.

5. Portfolio and Showcase Use

We will not assume that confidential client work can be publicly displayed merely because it was developed by us. Any public showcase, testimonial or case-study use of identifiable client material should be based on appropriate permission or a non-confidential/public source.

6. User Content License

By submitting content to the platform, you grant us the limited rights necessary to store, process, review and use it to provide the requested services, support, security and platform operations. This does not transfer your underlying ownership of your content.

7. Infringement Complaints

If you believe content or a deliverable on the platform infringes your rights, contact projexasolutions@gmail.com with sufficient information for us to investigate the concern.
